Introductory Weekends
The Full Spectrum School offers introductory weekends, special events, as well as an in-depth, four-year Foundations Course for those interested in a profound, innovative approach to healing and inner transformation. While students are helped to create significant life change, the emphasis is on creating new pathways into the self and awakening to the deeper reality of bliss, aliveness, and love that is our essential nature and the true source of healing. All weekends take place in an interactive setting, in which sharing, discussion, and informal lectures are combined with group and partner exercises, meditation, and other practices that are designed to help still the mind, open the heart, and facilitate deep self-awareness. Students work with breath, sound, movement, and perhaps most profoundly, energy — the subtle, yet dynamic life force that determines our quality of health and well-being, and ultimately connects us to wholeness. A Special Invitation Those who missed our October 2007 introductory weekend, but still may be interested in joining our 2007-2008 Foundations Course, are invited to take the upcoming First Year weekend as their introductory weekend. By attending this weekend, you are under no obligation to commit to the full program; however, should you decide to continue on in the Foundations Course, the fee for this weekend will be applied toward your tuition. Pre-registration is required.
